Sized for a loaf made with about 500 g of flour. The natural rattan pulls moisture off the surface of the dough so it holds its shape and scores cleanly. Comes with a removable linen liner for wetter doughs. Care: brush out excess flour after each use and let it dry fully before stacking. Do not wash with soap.
